If a child or a pet is locked in the car
Call 911 first. A child or an animal in a closed car can overheat quickly, even on a mild day, and emergency services should be your first call. Call us once everyone is safe.
What a lockout visit looks like
Call us with the car’s year, make and model and where it is parked. When we arrive, we confirm the car is yours, open it, and hand you the keys. If the keys are not inside the car, we can make a new one on the spot for most vehicles.
Push-to-start cars and trunk lockouts
Many newer cars lock themselves, or will not release the trunk while the key is inside it. We handle trunk lockouts too. If your smart key is with you but the car will not unlock, the fob battery may be the cause, and we can check that while we are there.
Tesla lockouts
Locked out of a Tesla? We open locked Tesla vehicles on site in Bellevue. Call with the model and year and tell us what happened, for example a phone key that will not connect or a key card left inside.

Locked out in a parking garage
A lockout rarely needs a tow. If you are stuck in a downtown garage, at Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square or a lot in Crossroads, Factoria or Eastgate, tell us the building and level and we will come to the car.

We use tools made for automotive entry and work carefully around the door frame and seals, which is very different from forcing a door or breaking a window.
Will the police unlock my car for free?
Policies vary, and many departments only help in emergencies. If a child or a pet is inside, call 911 right away. For a regular lockout, call a locksmith.
My keys are lost, not locked inside. Can you still help?
